By accessing and using UnoFare.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. UnoFare Travel Inc. is a registered Canadian travel agency. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
UnoFare acts as an intermediary between you (the customer) and airlines. We facilitate flight bookings but do not operate flights. The contract of carriage is between you and the airline. All bookings are subject to the airline's terms and conditions, fare rules, and availability.
All prices on UnoFare.com are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is processed. Price changes after booking confirmation are not the responsibility of UnoFare.
By completing a booking, you authorize UnoFare to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. You must provide accurate passenger information matching government-issued identification. Errors in passenger details may result in denied boarding or additional fees.
Changes and cancellations are subject to the airline's fare rules and may incur fees. UnoFare offers free cancellation within 24 hours of booking for most fares. After 24 hours, the airline's cancellation policy applies. Service fees may apply for agent-assisted changes.
Refund eligibility is determined by the airline's fare rules. Refundable tickets will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval. Non-refundable tickets may qualify for airline credits. UnoFare service fees are non-refundable.
UnoFare is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, overbookings, lost baggage, or other issues caused by the airline. Our liability is limited to the service fees charged by UnoFare. We are not responsible for visa, passport, or travel document requirements.
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws including PIPEDA. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
