UnoFare offers a full refund for any booking cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure. This applies to all fare types and is processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If your ticket was purchased as a refundable fare, you are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable airline penalties. Refundable ticket refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the refund request is approved by the airline.
Non-refundable tickets are generally not eligible for a cash refund. However, in many cases, the airline will issue a travel credit that can be used for future bookings. The value of the credit is the ticket price minus any airline change or cancellation fees. Travel credits are subject to the airline's terms and expiration policies.
Please have your booking reference number, passenger name, and reason for the refund request ready when contacting us.
If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the fare type. UnoFare will process the refund as soon as it is received from the airline, typically within 14-21 business days. You may also be entitled to rebooking on an alternative flight at no additional cost.
If the airline makes a significant schedule change (typically 2+ hours), you may be entitled to a full refund or free rebooking. Contact us immediately upon receiving a schedule change notification.
UnoFare does not charge booking fees for online bookings. For phone-assisted bookings, service fees of CAD $15-25 per ticket are non-refundable. In cases of airline-initiated cancellations, all fees including service fees are refundable.
