How do I change or cancel my booking?
You can request changes or cancellations by calling us at +1-00-00-000 or emailing support@Unofare.com. Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, airline cancellation policies apply.
Are prices shown in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all prices on UnoFare.com are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) including all applicable taxes and fees.
How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are issued as e-tickets and sent to your registered email address immediately after booking confirmation. You can use the e-ticket for online check-in or show it at the airport.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant. Your credit card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I select my seat in advance?
Seat selection depends on the airline and fare class. For most bookings, you can select your seat during online check-in (24 hours before departure) or contact us for advance seat requests.
What is your refund policy?
